What do the connection statuses mean?

If the contact that you’ve added is already on the show’s digital community, the “Connection Status” section will automatically update.

There are are four possible connection statuses, all provided via the email address that you enter for the contact:

Connected

If the contact is on the show’s digital community and is already one of your connections, you’ll see this status.

Connection on Platform

If the contact is on LIVELOVESPA365 and is not yet one of your connections, you’ll see this status.  You can click “Connect” to send a connection request.

Connection Request Sent

If the contact is on the show’s digital community and is a user you’ve already sent a connection request to, you’ll see this status.  You can click “Re-Send Request” to re-send the connection request.

Not Joined

If the contact is not on the show’s digital community you’ll see this status.
